Commercial Service
In the business of making coffee, the most important item after your staff is your equipment. KL5 Coffee understands that if your espresso machine, grinder, or coffee brewer is not functioning then you are not making money.
We are here to make sure the time your equipment is down is as short as possible.
Home Service
Today, most major manufactures design and produce espresso machines that are powered and sized to fit in the home, and come with many of the same incredible features that their commercial models do.
Along with the ability to own such amazing equipment comes the responsibility of keeping it functioning as well as it should. KL5 Coffee works with NYC home baristas to make sure that their home espresso machine gets the repairs and service needed to continue producing delicious home coffee for years to come.
Office Service
With NYC as one of the major hubs of office life in the world, there is a HUGE need for workplace coffee here in the city. Many companies place professional espresso machines and coffee equipment in their offices to provide their staff with amazing coffee.
When those machines go down or need service, it is trouble. Good coffee = Happy staff.

Regular General Maintenance
If you are using your equipment, you will need to maintain it. KL5 Coffee is here to help. Scheduled General / Preventative Maintenance is one of the realities of using professional coffee equipment.

Service Rates and Policies
On-Site Service — $195 / hour
- There is a One Hour minimum charge for service visits.
- After the initial hour, time will be billed by the quarter hour (15 minutes).
- If a service requires a follow up visit to complete (due to circumstances within KL5 Coffee's control), then the minimum One Hour will be waived and only billed by the quarter hour (15 minutes).
- Parts are billed separately and will be invoiced individually.
- Rate is good during normal, posted service hours. See After Hours Rates below.
- KL5 Coffee reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any service that falls outside what the company considers ‘reasonable service times’.
In-Shop Service — $165 / hour
- There is a Half Hour minimum charge for In Shop service.
- After the initial Half Hour time will be billed by the quarter hour (15 minutes).
- Parts are billed separately and will be invoiced individually.
- Rate is good during KL5 Coffee's business hours.
- KL5 Coffee reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any service that falls outside what the company considers ‘reasonable service times’.
